Neal P. Goodman (born October 20, 1957) is a former Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. Background and Personal Life Born in Bethlehem, Northampton County, Pennsylvania on October 20, 1957, Goodman graduated from Mahanoy Area High School in 1976, and attended Pennsylvania State University's Schuylkill Haven campus from 1979 to 1981 before earning his Bachelor of Arts in history from East Stroudsburg University in 1986. In October of 2022, he had fallen from a tree while hunting in Mahanoy Township, Pennsylvania Mahanoy Township is a township in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, United States. Timothy "Tim" Twardzik is an American businessman and politician. A Republican member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, he has represented the 123rd district in Schuylkill County since 2021. Twardzik is the first Republican to represent the 123rd Legislative District in more than fifty years. Formative years and family Twardzik graduated from Shenandoah Valley High School in 1977 and from the University of Notre Dame in 1981. Mahanoy City (pronounced MAHA-noy, also MA-noy locally) is a borough located southwest of Wilkes-Barre and 13 miles southwest of Hazleton, in northern Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania.
