Yasothon Province
Yasothon province ( th, ยโสธร, ), one of Thailand's seventy-six provinces (''changwat''), lies in central northeastern Thailand also called Isan. The province was established by the revolutionary council of Field Marshal Thanom Kittikachorn, after its Announcement No. 70 which came into force on 3 March 1972. Neighboring provinces are (from north clockwise) Mukdahan, Amnat Charoen, Ubon Ratchathani, Sisaket, and Roi Et. Geography The northern half of the province consists of plains with low hills; the southern part consists of the river lowlands of the River Chi, with ponds and swamps. Yasothon's total forested area is or 8.7% of the province. 2021–22 Thai League 2
The 2021–22 Thai League 2 is the 24th season of the Thai League 2, the second-tier professional league for Thailand's association football clubs, since its establishment in 1997, also known as M-150 Championship due to the sponsorship deal with M-150. A total of 18 teams will compete in the league. The season is scheduled to begin on 14 August 2021 and is scheduled to conclude on 22 May 2022. For this season two teams in the final table (champion and runner up) directly promoted to Thai League 1 next season while teams ranked 3rd - 6th qualified in play off for last spot in top tier next season. The 1st transfer window is from 4 May 2021 to 27 July 2021 while the 2nd transfer window is from 8 December 2021 to 4 January 2022. The 2023–24 Thai League 2 is the 26th season of the Thai League 2, the second-tier professional league for Thailand's association football clubs, since its establishment in 1997. A total of 18 teams will compete in the league. The season began on 11 August 2023 and is scheduled to conclude on 23 June 2024. For this season two teams in the final table (champion and runner up) directly promoted to Thai League 1 next season while teams ranked 3rd – 6th qualified in play off for last spot in top tier next season. The 1st transfer window is from 15 May to 4 August 2023 while the 2nd transfer window is from 27 December 2022 to 26 January 2024. Thai League 2 ( th, ไทยลีก 2), commonly known as the T2, formally called Thai Division 1 League, is the second-tier professional league in the Thai football league system. The top 3 are promoted to Thai League 1 at the end of the season, whilst four are relegated to Thai League 3. For the 2008 season, the Football Association of Thailand (FAT) reduced the number of teams in the league to 16 teams. Previously there had been two groups of 12 clubs. For the 2011 season the number of teams was increased to 18 teams, The Thai Division 1 League is a season run from March to October, with teams playing 34 games each totalling 306 games in the season. In 2016, the Khǒr Royal Cup became a trophy for Thai Division 1 League. In 2017 the Football Association of Thailand changed the name to Thai League 2.
