National Economics University (NEU) ( vi, Đại học Kinh tế Quốc dân) is a public research university in Hanoi, Vietnam. Founded in 1956, its history and influence have made it one of the leading universities in Economics, Public Administration and Business Administration in Vietnam. Nguyễn Xuân Phúc (born 20 July 1954) is a Vietnamese politician currently serving as the President of Vietnam, one of the highest-ranked officials in Vietnam along with Nguyễn Phú Trọng, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (''de facto'' leader).
