Nathan McGuire
Nathan McGuire (born 25 February 2003) is an Irish cricketer. In June 2019, he was added to the Ireland Wolves' squad for their series against Scotland A in Ireland. He made his List A debut for the Ireland Wolves against Scotland A on 7 June 2019. He made his Twenty20 debut for the Ireland Wolves against Scotland A on 9 June 2019. In February 2021, McGuire was part of the intake for the Cricket Ireland Academy. Twenty20 (T20) is a shortened game format of cricket. At the professional level, it was introduced by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) in 2003 for the inter-county competition. In a Twenty20 game, the two teams have a single innings each, which is restricted to a maximum of 20 overs. 2022 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup
The 2022 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup was an international limited-overs cricket tournament that was held in the West Indies in January and February 2022 with sixteen teams taking part. It was the fourteenth edition of the Under-19 Cricket World Cup, and the first that was held in the West Indies. Bangladesh were the defending champions. In March 2021, Cricket West Indies confirmed that the format would be the same as previous editions, with teams competing to progress to the Plate and Super League phases of the tournament. The Shapoorji Pallonji National Academy or National Cricket Academy is a cricket academy and training centre based at the Malahide Cricket Club Ground in Malahide, Dublin, Ireland. The centre was sponsored by the Shapoorji Pallonji Group. The NCA was officially opened in 2013 with 10 years deal with Indian business conglomerate Shapoorji Pallonji Group which is owned by the Pallonji Mistry family who Irish citizens to promote cricket in Ireland. It was designed to be a finishing school for leading young male and female players who are identified as having the potential to represent the Ireland cricket team. Ireland Wolves Cricket Team
The Ireland Wolves (formally Ireland A) is a national cricket team representing Ireland. It is the second tier of international Irish cricket, below the full Ireland national cricket team. Matches played by Ireland Wolves are not considered to be One-Day Internationals, instead receiving first-class and List A classification. Their first match was against the Bangladesh A cricket team in October 2017 when they toured Bangladesh to play one first-class match at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium, Sylhet, and five List A matches at Sheikh Kamal International Cricket Stadium Academy Ground, Cox's Bazar. North West Warriors
North West Warriors is one of four provincial cricket teams in Ireland. Along with the Leinster Lightning, Northern Knights and Munster Reds, it makes up the Inter-Provincial Championship, Inter-Provincial Cup & Inter-Provincial Trophy. The team is located in the west of Ulster province containing areas of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The team managed by North West of Ireland Cricket Union. Not Out
In cricket, a batter is not out if they come out to bat in an innings and have not been dismissed by the end of an innings. The batter is also ''not out'' while their innings is still in progress.
