The Singareni Collieries Company Limited or SCCL is a government-owned-coal mining corporation in India. It is under the ownership of Department of Energy, Government of Telangana. Bellampalli is a town in Mancherial district of the Indian state of Telangana. It is a municipality and mandal headquarters of Bellampalli mandal of Bellampalli revenue division.
