Nasir Chinyoti
Nasir Chinyoti (ناصر چنیوٹی) is a Pakistani actor and comedian from Chiniot. He started his acting career from Multan stage. Nasir has starred in many stage dramas/telefilms in various languages including Urdu and Punjabi. He is the most notable for comedy stage dramas based in Lahore. He is famous for using improvised dialogues during stage plays. Nasir Chinyoti has acted with many other comedians including Babu Baral, Sohail Ahmad, Iftikhar Thakur, Zafri Khan, Anwar Ali, Tariq Teddy, and Sakhawat Naz. He previously used to appear in Khabarnaak comedy show in various satires on Geo News (Pakistan). He is rated as one of the best comedians in Pakistan. He appeared in Khabaryar comedy show on Neo News where he played many of the most appreciated roles. Subsequently, he also worked for Khabardar on Express News. Chiniot (Urdu and pa, ) is a city and the administrative headquarter of Chiniot District in the province of Punjab, Pakistan. ''Khabarzar'' (Urdu: ) is an Urdu and Punjabi comedy television show on ''Aap News'' starting 19 November 2018. The last episode aired on 15 December 2019 after which the team joined Neo News. History Khabarzar is the fourth show of similar genre launched by Aftab Iqbal. Hasb-e-Haal was launched in January 2009. In April 2010, Aftab Iqbal left the show due to undisclosed reasons which led to Junaid Saleem hosting the show. ''Khabardar'' (Urdu:خبردار) was an Urdu and Punjabi comedy television show created and hosted by Aftab Iqbal, and broadcast on Express News. The first season of the show had its premiere on 10 September 2015, aired at 11:03 pm on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays on Express News from 2015 to 2018. Khabardar returned for its second season on 21 January 2021. History Iqbal quit from GEO show Khabarnaak which he had started in 2010 and started hosting Khabardaar on Express News in August 2015. Tariq Teddy
Tariq Teddy (12 August 1976 – 19 November 2022) was a Pakistani theatre comedian in Punjab, known for his quick, sharp replies. Teddy performed in Punjabi stage dramas and acted in the film ''Salakhein''. He was from Faisalabad. His comedic persona was a fierce rival of the late fellow comedian Mastana, though the two were close friends off the stage. In 2015, his wife Asma filed a case in court leading to his arrest warrants. Teddy died in Lahore on 19 November 2022, at the age of 46. According to Teddy's son, his father had respiratory and hepatic issues, had been ill for a while, and had spent his last ten days receiving treatment at PKLI Hospital.
