ThinkPad is a line of business-oriented laptop computers and tablets designed, developed and marketed by Lenovo, and formerly by IBM until 2005, when IBM's PC business was acquired by Lenovo. Naitō Nobuchika
, was the 7th Naitō ''daimyō'' of Murakami Domain under the Edo period Tokugawa shogunate of Japan. He was also known as Naitō Nobumoto (内藤信思). His courtesy title was ''Kii-no-kami''.Beasley, William G. (1955). ''Select Documents on Japanese Foreign Policy, 1853–1868'', p. 338. Nobuchika was the third son of Naitō Nobuatsu, the previous ''daimyō''. He became heir in 1822 on the death of his elder brother, and became ''daimyō'' in 1825 on the death of his father. In the year 1843 he was appointed ''Jisha-bugyō'' and in 1849 became ''Osaka jōdai''. In 1850, he was appointed ''Kyoto Shoshidai'' and rose to the post of ''rōjū'' 1851, holding that post until 1862Beasley, p. 326. is a Japanese manga artist. His major work ''Trigun'' was adapted into an anime series and film. He also designed the characters for the video game and anime series ''Gungrave'', and has been working on the manga ''Blood Blockade Battlefront''. Biography Nightow was born in Yokohama, and moved to Yokosuka when he was in elementary school, and spent his junior high and high school years in Shizuoka. His first exposure to comics was through Fujio Akatsuka's ''Tensai Bakabon'', and he was also influenced by the comics of Leiji Matsumoto such as ''Yamato'', ''Harlock'' and ''999''. Naitō Torajirō
, commonly known as , was a Japanese historian and Sinologist. He was the founder of the Kyoto School of historiography, and along with Shiratori Kurakichi (the founder of the Tokyo School), was one of the leading Japanese historians of East Asia in the early twentieth century. Tadayuki Naitoh
is a Japanese photographer known for his photographs of jazz musicians and of Africa. Naitoh was born in Asakusa, Tokyo in 1941. He graduated from a photography course at in 1964. In 1970 he set up his own company, Photohouse OM. From an early age he became interested in jazz and photography, and he began photographing jazz musicians in performance in his early 20s. In 1970, he published a photo book on the trumpet player Terumasa Hino. was a Japanese architect, engineer, and professor. He was a father of earthquake-proof design and built many broadcasting and observation towers, including the Tokyo Tower. Biography Naitō was born on 12 June 1886, in Minami-Alps, Yamanashi Prefecture. Naitō attended the Old System Kofu Middle School (presently Yamanashi Prefectural Kofu First High School), he passed high school, then attended the Tokyo Imperial University (presently the University of Tokyo). Naitō started out studying naval architecture, but then turned to architecture due to the shipbuilding depression after the Russo-Japanese War. He studied with Kino Toshikata and graduated in 1910. Naitō Nobunari
was a Japanese samurai of the Sengoku period through early Edo period, who served the Tokugawa clan; he later became a ''daimyō''. Nobunari is believed to have been the illegitimate son of Matsudaira Hirotada (which would make him the half-brother of Tokugawa Ieyasu). He was later adopted by Naitō Kiyonaga. As the years passed on with his brother's succession to headship and the birth of the Tokugawa, Nobunari primarily acted as the former's page, but ascended to a greater means of ranking after supporting in the 1565 assault against Mikawa monk rioters. After distinguishing himself in battle during a certain assault upon Kuroma castle at a later time, Nobunari went on to respectively support the Tokugawa within the Battle of Mikatagahara in 1573, and Nagashino of 1575, where he showed at least moderate ability on both battlefields.
