Naftoport Sp. z o.o. is a Polish company which manages crude oil shipment and deliveries. It is located in Gdańsk, Poland. Naftoport was established in June 1991 by several Polish oil companies and Marine Commercial Port in Gdansk. The company oversees operations of the terminal for reloading of crude oil and products in the Port of Gdańsk. Druzhba Pipeline
The Druzhba pipeline (russian: нефтепровод «Дружба»; also has been referred to as the Friendship Pipeline and the Comecon Pipeline) is one of the world's longest oil pipelines and one of the largest oil pipeline networks in the world. It began operation in 1964 and remains in operation in 2022. It carries oil some from the eastern part of European Russia to points in Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Austria and Germany. The network also branches out into numerous smaller pipelines to deliver its product throughout Eastern Europe and beyond. The Polish energy sector is the sixth largest in Europe. The scale of energy consumption in 1996–2015 increased from 139,593 GWh to 161,438 GWh.
