Myanmar National Television (MNTV) is a Burmese free-to-air television channel. MNTV was founded by Shwe Thanlwin and operated by Dream Vision Co.,Ltd.Dream Vision Co.,Ltd was established under the umbrella of Shwe Thanlwin. Launched on 1 October 2012, the channel was broadcast only on Skynet DTH. On 15 May 2014, it was broadcast as free-to-air channel. DVB-T2 is an abbreviation for "Digital Video Broadcasting – Second Generation Terrestrial"; it is the extension of the television standard DVB-T, issued by the consortium DVB, devised for the broadcast transmission of digital terrestrial television. DVB has been standardized by ETSI. This system transmits compressed digital audio, video, and other data in "physical layer pipes" (PLPs), using OFDM modulation with concatenated channel coding and interleaving. SKYNET Direct to Home (DTH) is a Satellite television pay TV operator provided nationwide in Myanmar by Shwe Than Lwin Media Co.,Ltd. It was launched in November 2010. Sky Net broadcasts a total 80 channels via Apstar 7 satellite. It also provides internet services in the Pacific Asia area. The company is owned by Sino-Burmese businessman, Kyaw Win who is also the chairman of Skynet. Synopsis The story depicts a romantic and fantastical tale of a boy named Moe Nat Thar (The god of rain) and a girl he meets accidentally at the Thingyan Water Festival, named "Ka Nyar/Thu Thu San." Although they had been a couple for a long time, they separated after promising to meet again when the Padauk flower blossomed.
