Mt Warning (band)
Mt Warning (stylized MT WARNING) is an alternative rock band from Northern New South Wales, Australia that formed in 2012. Their debut album ''Midnight Set'' was produced by the filmmaker Taylor Steele. The name for the band comes from the disputed name for a mountain near their home town near Mount Warning. Beginnings The first gigs for Mt Warning were support slots for The Rubens and The Temper Trap, which ''Time Off'' Brisbane said: "A perfect rattling tenor and there's clearly a few people hooked. 4ZZZ (pronounced "Four Triple Zed" or simply "Triple Zed") is an independent community radio station operating in Brisbane, Australia at the frequency 102.1 FM. As a community radio station, 4ZZZ is a member of the Community Broadcasting Association of Australia (CBAA). South by Southwest, abbreviated as SXSW and colloquially referred to as South By, is an annual conglomeration of parallel film, interactive media, and music festivals and conferences organized jointly that take place in mid-March in Austin, Texas, United States. Splendour in the Grass (commonly referred to as Splendour) is an annual Australian music festival held at the North Byron Parklands in Yelgun, New South Wales. The St. Jerome's Laneway Festival, commonly referred to as Laneway, began in Caledonian Lane, Melbourne, Australia, in 2005. Beginning as predominantly an indie music event, the festival grew in popularity and expanded to five Australian cities—Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Fremantle—as well as Auckland, New Zealand and Singapore.
