The Monaco men's national tennis team represents Monaco in the Davis Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Fédération Monegasque de Lawn Tennis. Monaco currently compete in Europe Zone Group III. The team reached the top-8 in the European Zone in 1972, which is still their best result in the Davis Cup. Guillaume Couillard
Guillaume Couillard (born 10 December 1975) is a professional Monegasque former tennis player. Couillard reached his career-high ATP Tour singles ranking of World No. 569 in October 2002. He primarily played on the Futures circuit and the Challenger circuit. He is currently coaching Monegasque Hugo Nys. Tennis career Couillard was a member of the Monegasque Davis Cup team since 2002, having posted a 14–10 record in singles and a 13–10 record in doubles in thirty-five ties played. In 2013, Couillard and Benjamin Balleret played the longest professional tiebreak in known tennis history, lasting 70 points (34–36). 1929 International Lawn Tennis Challenge
The 1929 International Lawn Tennis Challenge was the 24th edition of what is now known as the Davis Cup. 24 teams would enter the Europe Zone, while five would enter the America Zone. Egypt and Monaco participated for the first time. The United States defeated Germany in the Inter-Zonal play-off, but would lose to France in the challenge round, giving France their third straight title. The final was played at Stade Roland Garros in Paris, France on 26–28 July. Romain Arneodo

Hugo Nys (; born 16 February 1991) is a French-born Monegasque tennis player who is a doubles specialist on the ATP Tour. On 29 July 2019, he reached his highest ATP singles ranking of No. 327 and he achieved his highest doubles ranking of No. 41 on 8 November 2021. Career 2021: French Open quarterfinal, Two doubles titles, top 50 Nys won his second doubles title at the Estoril Open, partnering Tim Pütz. Later in May, Nys won his next doubles title at the Lyon Open, again with Pütz. As a result, he reached a career-high of No. 53 in doubles on 24 May 2021. Lucas Catarina (born 26 August 1996) is a Monégasque tennis player. Catarina has a career-high ATP singles ranking of No. 341 achieved on 11 June 2018. He also has a career-high ATP doubles ranking of No. 526 achieved on 27 May 2019. He has won six singles titles on the ITF pro circuit tour, along with two doubles titles. Valentin Vacherot (born 16 November 1998) is a French- Monégasque tennis player. Vacherot has a career high ATP singles ranking of 260 achieved on 17 July 2023. Tennis is a racket sport that is played either individually against a single opponent ( singles) or between two teams of two players each ( doubles). Each player uses a tennis racket that is strung with cord to strike a hollow rubber ball covered with felt over or around a net and into the opponent's court.
