Mombasa Sports Club
Mombasa Sports Club (MSC) is multi-sport club based in Mombasa, Kenya. It also owns sporting facilities. The club was established in 1896, and it is among the oldest sporting clubs in Kenya. Cricket Mombasa Sports Club has a cricket team taking part in the Coast Cricket Association competitions. Cricket ground The Mombasa Sports Club ground is the only fully accredited ODI Cricket ground in Kenya outside of Nairobi. Its acquired this status prior to hosting a three match ODI series between Kenya and Bermuda as well as a triangular ODI Tournament featuring Kenya, Canada and Scotland, in 2006. Providing all the cricket for Ireland's tour of the country in 2012, this venue has hosted fifteen international fixtures (twelve ODI and three T20I), also six first-class matches (initially in 1964) and 22 List A matches. Ryan Watson (cricketer)
Ryan Robert Watson (born 12 November 1976) is a Zimbabwean-born Scottish cricketer who played limited over internationals and captained Scottish cricket team, Scotland. He currently plays club cricket with Forfarshire CC. Watson is a hard hitting right-handed batsman and is able to bowl both medium-fast and off-break deliveries. Cricket Grounds In Kenya
Cricket is a bat-and-ball game played between two teams of eleven players on a field at the centre of which is a pitch with a wicket at each end, each comprising two bails balanced on three stumps. The batting side scores runs by striking the ball bowled at one of the wickets with the bat and then running between the wickets, while the bowling and fielding side tries to prevent this (by preventing the ball from leaving the field, and getting the ball to either wicket) and dismiss each batter (so they are "out"). Means of dismissal include being bowled, when the ball hits the stumps and dislodges the bails, and by the fielding side either catching the ball after it is hit by the bat, but before it hits the ground, or hitting a wicket with the ball before a batter can cross the crease in front of the wicket. Nehemiah Odhiambo Ngoche (born 7 August 1984) is a Kenyan cricketer. He plays both One Day Internationals and Twenty20 Internationals for Kenya. He is the brother of fellow Kenyan cricketers Lameck Onyango, James Ngoche and Shem Ngoche. James Kabatha Kamande (born 12 December 1978) is a former Kenyan cricketer and former limited over captain. He is a right-handed batsman and an off break bowler. International career Kamande made his One Day International debut for Kenya in the 1999 World Cup in England. Collins Omondi Obuya (born 27 July 1981) is a Kenyan cricketer and a former captain of Kenyan cricket team. He is a right-handed batsman and leg spin bowler. David Oluoch Obuya (born 14 August 1979) is a former Kenyan cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and a wicket-keeper.
