The Embassy of Moldova in Moscow is the diplomatic mission of Moldova to Russia. Moscow ( , US chiefly ; rus, links=no, Москва, r=Moskva, p=mɐskˈva, a=Москва.ogg) is the capital and largest city of Russia. Vladimir Țurcan
Vladimir Ţurcan (born 14 October 1954) is a Moldovan judge and former politician. Biography Vladimir Turcan was born on 14 October 1954 and in the town of Slobodzeya, Moldavian SSR. In 1976 he graduated from Faculty of Law at Moscow State University. In 1985, he graduated from the Kyiv Institute of Political Science and Social Management. In 1988, he graduated from the Kyiv Higher Party School. From 1976 to 1982, he investigator in the Prosecutor's Office of the MSSR. From 1986-1990, he was a deputy of the Supreme Soviet of Moldova. In the early 90s, he was General Director of the Moldavian-Belarusian enterprise Zubr. On 11 February 1997, he was appointed First Deputy Minister of the Interior. He held the position until 21 December 1999. On 21 March 2002, he was appointed as the Ambassador of Moldova to Russia. He was also concurrently appointed as Ambassador to Finland. Moldova–Russia Relations
Moldova–Russia relations are the bilateral relations between the Republic of Moldova and the Russian Federation, two Eastern European, post-Soviet, ex-communist countries. Russian support for the self-proclaimed Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic (Transnistria) and a substantial Russian military presence therein strained Moldovan relations with Russia. Russo-Moldovan relations became a main focus of foreign policy for Republic of Moldova after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Dumitru Braghiș
Dumitru Braghiș (; born December 28, 1957, the village of Grătieşti, today suburb of Chișinău) is a Moldovan political figure. He is the current Moldovan Ambassador to China and Vietnam, appointed in mid-2020. He was the Prime Minister of Moldova from 1999 until 2001. Then, he was a member of the Parliament of Moldova, where he represented the Party Alliance Our Moldova. He was chairman of the Party of Social Democracy and deputy in the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova (2005 – 2009).
