Million Dollar Minute
''Million Dollar Minute'' is an Australian quiz show which aired on the Seven Network. It premiered on 16 September 2013. The show was originally hosted by Grant Denyer, and later by Simon Reeve, and aired at 5:30 pm on weeknights. The show was cancelled in September 2015 and was replaced by ''The Chase Australia'' in its timeslot. Repeats are currently shown on 7TWO in place of '' Home and Away's Early Years'' on Hiatus. History ''Million Dollar Minute'' was filmed at Global Television Studios in Melbourne in the same studio that was used for ''Deal or No Deal''. In November 2013 the original host, Grant Denyer, resigned for "family reasons" and was replaced by ''Weekend Sunrise'' sports presenter Simon Reeve for the 2014 series, with sound effects and themes also upgraded. It was announced on 30 August 2015 that the show would be axed after nearly two years, and replaced in its timeslot by ''The Chase Australia''. Grant Denyer
Grant Craig Denyer (born 12 September 1977) is an Australian television and radio presenter and motor racing driver, who has worked for several television networks, including Seven Network and Network 10, mostly serving as a presenter. In 2018, he won a Gold Logie Award for Most Popular Personality on Australian Television. Television career In 1997, Denyer began his career in the media with a position at Prime Television in Wagga Wagga as a news reporter and journalist. He moved to Sydney to work as V8 Supercar pit reporter for Network Ten, when he caught the eye of television producer Adam Boland. Boland saw the potential in Denyer and offered him full-time position as the weather presenter on the relaunched ''Sunrise'' program from 2004 until the end of 2006. Letters And Numbers
''Letters and Numbers'' is an Australian game show on SBS One. It is hosted by former newsreader Richard Morecroft, co-hosted by David Astle and Lily Serna. Although it is based on the French game show ''Des chiffres et des lettres'', its structure is similar to the UK version of the show, ''Countdown'' - with the titular difference being used to avoid confusion with the Australian music program ''Countdown''. The series began airing on 2 August 2010. On 22 June 2012 SBS announced its decision to "rest" the show and the final episode aired on 27 June 2012. David Leslie Koch ( ; born 7 March 1956), nicknamed "Kochie" ( ), is an Australian television presenter who is best known as a host of the Seven Network's breakfast program, ''Sunrise''. Matthew Richardson (footballer)
Matthew Richardson (born 19 March 1975) is a former professional Australian rules footballer and current media personality who represented Richmond in the Australian Football League (AFL). On 4 March 2014, Richardson became a member of the AFL's All Australian selection committee. Background Richardson is known for his marking prowess, speed and work rate. Samantha Jane Lane (born 5 June 1979) is an Australian AFL and sports writer for ''The Age'' newspaper, television and radio personality and daughter of veteran journalist and commentator Tim Lane. Michael Molloy (born 11 July 1966) is an Australian comedian, writer, producer, actor and television and radio presenter who has been active in radio, television, stand-up and film. John Burns (born 30 July 1945) is an Australian radio presenter. Career Burns' radio debut was in 1988 on community radio station 3RRR on the program ''Lawyers, Guns & Money'' as the character Sir Lunchalot.
