Hillsboro ( ) is the fifth-largest city in the U.S. state of Oregon and is the county seat of Washington County. The ''Hillsboro Tribune'' was a weekly newspaper that covered the city of Hillsboro in the U.S. state of Oregon and was published from 2012 to 2019. It was replaced in 2019 by a Hillsboro edition of the Forest Grove '' News-Times'', a sister publication. Owned by the Pamplin Media Group, the newspaper published its first issue on September 7, 2012. U. J. Hamby Park is a nearly seven acre municipal park in northwest Hillsboro, Oregon, United States. Opened in 1990, the park includes nature trails along a small creek as well as a basketball court and grass lawn. The park is named after the longtime Chevrolet dealership owner, whose family donated the land to the city in 1986. The natural portion of the park includes wetlands and woodlands.
