Michalis Hatzigiannis (Greek alphabet, Greek: Μιχάλης Χατζηγιάννης; born 5 November 1978) is a Greek-Cypriot singer, musician, and record producer. From 2000 to 2010, he received over 30 Music recording sales certification, sales certifications in Greece, making him one of the most successful artists of the decade. Mihalis Papayiannakis ( el, Μιχάλης Παπαγιαννάκης; 19 August 1941 – 26 May 2009) was a Greek politician. He was born in Kalamata; his father was executed by the Nazis during World War II. He died on 26 May 2009 after a long battle with cancer. Life He studied law, economics and political science at the universities of Athens, Montpellier and Paris. Mihalis Filopoulos ( el, Μιχάλης Φιλόπουλος; 1985–2007) was a 22-year-old Panathinaikos fan who was stabbed to death on March 29, 2007 at Paiania, a town near Athens, Greece, during a pre-arranged clash with rival hooligans of Olympiakos. His death caused major upset in Greece and sparked a large police investigation into the organised supporters scene.
