Mi Marathi was established as a small family owned business in 1985, the Gautam Adhikari & Makrand Adhikari led the company for a ten-year span. In 1985 the company was listed on the BSE and NSE, making SAB the first ever Television Company to be publicly list. 576i is a standard-definition television, standard-definition digital video mode, originally used for digitizing analog television in most countries of the world where the utility frequency for electric power distribution is 50 Hz. SDTV
Standard-definition television (SDTV, SD, often shortened to standard definition) is a television system which uses a resolution that is not considered to be either high or enhanced definition.
