Mercedes Stermitz
Mercedes Otto-Stermitz (born 24 April 1958) is a former Austrian racing driver and 1983 Miss Austria. Life and career Stermitz worked as a stewardess at Austrian Airlines and then as a model when she was elected Miss Austria in 1983. She later was a Top 15 semi-finalist at Miss World 1983 and a Top 10 semi-finalist at Miss Europe 1984. Styria
Styria (german: Steiermark ; Serbo-Croatian and sl, ; hu, Stájerország) is a state (''Bundesland'') in the southeast of Austria. The 1992 Buenos Aires Grand Prix was a motor race held at Buenos Aires on December 13, 1992, in the Autódromo Oscar Alfredo Gálvez. It was titled the World Cup Formula 3000 and was a one-off non-championship event. British Formula 3000
The British Formula 3000 championship, alternatively known as the British Formula Two Championship, was a competition for Formula 3000 held in the United Kingdom, active from 1989 to 1994 and in 1996. Several attempts to restart the series since then have met with failure. British F3000 The original championship was started in 1989 as a national series for one-year-old F3000 single-seaters. Cars from both Lola and Reynard Motorsport could be seen on the grid, with the predominant engine being the Cosworth DFY. Grids increased until the series reached its apex in 1991. The German Formula Three Championship was the national Formula Three championship of Germany, and the former West Germany, from 1950 to 2002, then as Formel 3 until 2014. Kremer Racing is a motorsports team based in Cologne, Germany, founded by racing driver Erwin Kremer and his brother Manfred. They have competed internationally with Porsches for nearly all of their existence, and were even one of the factory-backed squads for many years. Besides running Porsches, the team was also known for their tuned Porsche race cars that they both raced and sold to other teams who could not gain the best equipment from the factory. The Porsche 962 (also known as the 962C in its Group C form) is a sports-prototype racing car built by Porsche as a replacement for the 956 and designed mainly to comply with IMSA's GTP regulations, although it would later compete in the European Group C formula as the 956 had. The 962 was introduced at the end of 1984, from which it quickly became successful through private owners while having a remarkably long-lived career, with some examples still proving competitive into the mid-1990s.
