Me And You (film)
''Me and You'' ( it, Io e te) is a 2012 Italian drama film directed by Bernardo Bertolucci, based on the novel with the same name by Niccolò Ammaniti. The film was screened out of competition at the 2012 Cannes Film Festival. It was Bertolucci's final feature film before his death on 26 November 2018. Plot Lorenzo has difficulties in communicating with other people and pays more attention to his inner world. When his class goes to the mountains for a week to ski, Lorenzo secretly settles in the basement of his apartment building. However, his loneliness is interrupted with an unexpected appearance of an unfamiliar girl, whose story is closely interwoven with that of Lorenzo and his family. Bernardo Bertolucci
Bernardo Bertolucci (; 16 March 1941 – 26 November 2018) was an Italian film director and screenwriter with a career that spanned 50 years. Considered one of the greatest directors in Italian cinema, Bertolucci's work achieved international acclaim. He was the first Italian filmmaker to win the Academy Award for Best Director for ''The Last Emperor'' (1987), one of many accolades including two Golden Globes, two David di Donatellos, a British Academy Award, and a César Award. For each product, the scores from each review are averaged (a weighted arithmetic mean, weighted average). Metacritic was created by Jason Dietz, Marc Doyle, and Julie Doyle Roberts in 1999. Niccolò Ammaniti () is an Italian writer, winner of the Premio Strega in 2007 for ''As God Commands'' (also published under the title ''The Crossroads''). He became noted in 2001 with the publication of ''I'm Not Scared'' (''Io non ho paura''), a novel which was later made into a movie directed by Gabriele Salvatores.
