Masataka Matsutoya
is a Japanese arranger, composer, music producer, and motor journalist. He currently resides in Setagaya, Tokyo. He is a graduate of Keio Senior High School and Keio University (literature department). His wife is singer-songwriter, composer, and lyricist Yumi Matsutoya (née Arai). His mother, Kazuko, is the auditor of Kirarasha, the firm Masataka established after his marriage to Arai. Biography * In 1971, he participated as a background musician in Takuro Yoshida's album, "Ningen nante." He began to frequently perform with Yoshida as the keyboard player in other albums and live performances, and also began his first work with arrangement. * In 1973, he formed the group "Caramel Mama" with fellow musicians Haruomi Hosono, Shigeru Suzuki, and Tateo Hayashi. Agnes Meiling Kaneko Chan (; Japanese: 金子 陳美齢, ''Kaneko Chan Meirin'') is a Hong-Kong-born Japanese singer, television personality, university professor, essayist and novelist. is a Japanese pop rock duo who debuted in 1997. Its members are and . Both of the band members come from Yokohama in Kanagawa Prefecture, and attended Okamura Junior High School. Their songs , "Reason", and were used as ending themes of the anime series '' Hunter × Hunter (2011)''. Yuzu started out as street musicians. At first, the band's name was "Light's", but Kitagawa disliked it, so they changed the name to "Yuzu". At that time, Kitagawa was eating a yuzu sherbet, so he named the band after the fruit (incidentally, Iwasawa was eating vanilla ice cream so the band's name might have been "Vanilla" - sometimes Iwasawa tells this story).
