Mark Tatulli
Mark Tatulli is an American cartoonist, writer, animator and television producer, known for his strips '' Liō'' and '' Heart of the City'' and for his work on the cable reality television series ''Trading Spaces'' and ''A Wedding Story'', for which he has won three Emmy Awards. His comics have appeared in hundreds of newspapers around the world. Universal Press Syndicate (UPS), a subsidiary of Andrews McMeel Universal, was an independent press syndicate. It distributed lifestyle and opinion columns, comic strips and other content. They were born September 29, 1990, in Detroit, Michigan, and currently resides in St. Louis, Missouri. The National Cartoonists Society (NCS) is an organization of professional cartoonists in the United States. It presents the National Cartoonists Society Awards. The Society was born in 1946 when groups of cartoonists got together to entertain the troops. They enjoyed each other's company and decided to meet on a regular basis.
