Margriet Hoenderdos (6 May 1952 – 14 October 2010) was a Dutch composer. She was born in Santpoort, Netherlands, and studied piano with Thom Bollen at the Zwolle Conservatory. She continued her studies in composition at the Amsterdam Conservatory with Ton de Leeuw Antonius Wilhelmus Adrianus de Leeuw (Rotterdam, 16 November 1926 - Paris, 31 May 1996) was a Dutch composer. Margriet E. Tindemans (March 26, 1951 – December 31, 2014) was a musician, specializing in medieval music. The fourth child of Wilhelmina Coenen and Henricus Tindemans, Margriet demonstrated her musical talents early, and was named first violin in the National Youth Orchestra of the Netherlands. After Conservatory studies in Maastricht, then Brussels, Belgium, and Basel, Switzerland, she became an early member of Sequentia (music group), Sequentia. Margriet Smulders (born 17 July 1955) is a Dutch photographer of floral still lifes. She attended the Radboud University Nijmegen from 1974 to 1983 and the Academy of Arts in Arnhem from 1979 to 1985. Work Smulders is best known for her self-portraits and photographs of her family. Her constructed portraits of domestic life were included in the exhibition ''Who's looking at the Family?'' at the Barbican Art Gallery, London in 1994. Like Sally Mann, she used her own family in this series. She specializes in portrait photography, mostly portraying family portraits and working people proud in their work and their relationships. She currently lives and works in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Margaretha Maria Antonetta 'Margriet' de Moor ('' née'' Neefjes; born 1941) is a Dutch pianist and writer of novels and essays. She won the AKO Literatuurprijs for her novel ''Eerst grijs dan wit dan blauw'' (1991). Margriet Heymans (born 29 October 1932) is a Dutch writer and illustrator of children's literature. Heymans wrote and illustrated various books in collaboration with her sister Annemie Heymans, including ''Het poppenfeest'' (1971), ''De gele draad'' (1982), ''Adam Wortel krijgt bezoek'' (1986) and ''De prinses van de moestuin'' (1991). Early life Heymans was born in 1932 in 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands. After attending a gymnasium Heymans studied for two years at the ''School voor Kunst en Kunstnijverheid'' in 's-Hertogenbosch. Margriet Ehlen (born 28 September 1943) is a Dutch poet, composer, conductor and educator of classical music. Life and career Ehlen was born in Heerlen and has composed for a large variety of instruments, yet is particularly active in composition for voice. These works extend from solo vocalists to choir music. Many of her compositions for voice set poetry to music. To this end she has utilized texts by Gerrit Achterberg, Anna Bijns, Emily Dickinson, Wiel Kusters and Elly de Waard. She is also an accomplished and decorated poet herself.
