Marc Narciso Dublan (born 20 January 1974) is a Spanish chess grandmaster. Biography In 1987 and 1988, Marc Narciso Dublan twice won silver medal in Spanish Youth Chess Championship in the U14 age group. He three times won Catalan Chess Championships: in 1992, in 1995, and in 2011. Konya
Konya () is a major city in central Turkey, on the southwestern edge of the Central Anatolian Plateau, and is the capital of Konya Province. The Chess Olympiad is a biennial chess tournament in which teams representing nations of the world compete. FIDE organises the tournament and selects the host nation. Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, FIDE held an Online Chess Olympiad in 2020 and 2021, with a rapid time control that affected players' online ratings. The use of the name "Chess Olympiad" for FIDE's team championship is of historical origin and implies no connection with the Olympic Games. Birth of the Olympiad The first Olympiad was unofficial.
