Manuel Ramón Pimentel Siles (born 30 August 1961) is a Spanish politician and writer. He served as Minister of Labour and Social of Spain from January 1999 to February 2000. Ministry Of Labour (Spain)
The Ministry of Labour and Social Economy ( MITES) is the department of the Government of Spain responsible for planning and carrying out the government policy on labour relations and social economy. The MITES is headed by the Minister of Labour, a Cabinet member who is appointed by the Monarch at request of the Prime Minister. The Labour Minister is assisted by five high-ranking officials, the Secretary of State for Migration, the Secretary of State for Social Security, the Secretary of State for Employment, the Secretary General for Immigration and Emigration and the Under Secretary of Labour. José María Aznar
José María Alfredo Aznar López (; born 25 February 1953) is a Spanish politician who was the prime minister of Spain from 1996 to 2004. He led the People's Party (PP), the dominant centre-right political party in Spain. A member of the Frente de Estudiantes Sindicalistas, a dissident Falangist student organisation, in his youth, he studied law at the Complutense University of Madrid and first worked in the public sector as an Inspector of the Finances of the State ( es, Inspector de las Finanzas del Estado). Javier Arenas Bocanegra (born 28 December 1957 in Seville, Andalusia, Spain) is a Spanish politician. Although born in Seville, he was raised in Olvera, hometown of his parents. He is married with two children, graduated in law and has an MA in Business Management. Political career He joined the Union of the Democratic Centre in the early 1980s and was President of Juventudes Centristas (Centrist Youth), the UCD youth organization. He was Deputy Mayor of Seville between 1983 and 1987 and was a member of the Parliament of Andalusia from 1986 until 1989 in which he served as Vice President of the Commission of Justice and Government. The People's Party ( es, Partido Popular ; known mostly by its acronym, PP ) is a conservative and Christian-democratic political party in Spain. The People's Party was a 1989 re-foundation of People's Alliance (AP), a party led by former minister of the dictatorship Manuel Fraga and founded back in 1976 as alliance of post-Francoist proto-parties.
