Mandy Mohamed ( ar, ماندي محمد, born 23 February 2000) is a Dutch-Egyptian Artistic gymnastics, artistic gymnast currently representing Egypt in international competitions. She represented Egypt at the Gymnastics at the 2020 Summer Olympics, 2020 Olympic Games. She was a member of the team who won gold at the Gymnastics at the 2019 African Games, 2019 African Games and the African Artistic Gymnastics Championships, 2016 African Championships. Personal life Mohamed was born in Haarlem in 2000 to Egyptian parents. She speaks Arabic, Dutch, and English and was inspired by Dutch-born Egyptian gymnast Sherine El-Zeiny. Gymnastics career Junior 2014–15 Mohamed was a member of the Dutch junior national team. She competed at the Dutch Championships and placed fifth in the all-around. Naomi Visser (born 24 August 2001) is a Dutch artistic gymnast. She was part of the bronze medal winning teams at the 2018 and 2023 European Championships. Early life Visser was born in 2001 in Papendrecht. She started gymnastics at the age of six. Diana Yevhenivna Varinska ( uk, Діана Євгенівна Варінська, born 22 March 2001) is a retired Ukrainian artistic gymnast. She is the 2019 European Games all-around and balance beam bronze medalist. Additionally, she was a member of the team that won Ukraine's first European team title at the 2020 European Championships. She represented Ukraine at the 2020 Summer Olympics. Zója Székely (born 5 May 2003) is a Hungarian artistic gymnast. She is the 2020 European silver medalist on the uneven bars and bronze medalist with the team. Career Székely competed at the 2018 Junior European Championships alongside Bianka Schermann, Csenge Bácskay, Hanna Szujó, and Regina Medved, and they placed ninth in the team competition. This article describes the qualifying phase for gymnastics at the 2020 Summer Olympics . The qualification system underwent a significant revision following the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio. The team events in artistic gymnastics will be reduced from five members to four, but a maximum of two further places will be available for competitors in individual events, in principle allowing one or two athletes per National Olympic Committee (NOC) to enter as specialists. 2019 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships
The 2019 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships was held in Stuttgart, Germany from October 4–13, 2019. The championships took place at the Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle, and was the third time the city of Stuttgart hosted the event following the 1989 and 2007 editions, and the fifth time Germany hosted it. As of October 2, 92 federations registered gymnasts for the event with a total of 288 men and 259 women. Sam Mikulak of the United States and Mélanie de Jesus dos Santos of France won the Longines Prize for Elegance. The 2018 Artistic Gymnastics World Championships was the 48th edition of the Artistic Gymnastics World Championships. The competition was held from October 25 – November 3, 2018, at the Aspire Academy Dome in Doha, Qatar. It was the first time that the competition was held in the Middle East. Nancy Mohamed Ali Taman (born 15 November 1994; Alexandria, Egypt) is an Egyptian artistic gymnast. Taman earned two gold medals in the 2018 Mediterranean Games and the 2019 African Games and won a silver medal in the 2015 African Games.
