Nancy Taman
Nancy Mohamed Ali Taman (born 15 November 1994; Alexandria, Egypt) is an Egyptian artistic gymnast. Taman earned two gold medals in the 2018 Mediterranean Games and the 2019 African Games and won a silver medal in the 2015 African Games. Gymnastics career Taman started her gymnastics career in 1998 at the age of four, she made her international debut at the Gymnix International competition in 2007 as a member of the Egyptian Gymnastics Federation. In 2011, she was a member of the team that participated in the 2011 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships held in Tokyo, Japan, and was a part of the team who represented Egypt in the 2013 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships held in Antwerp, Belgium, that year, Taman ranked the fifth place in the women's vault and sixth place in the women's individual all-around final in the 2013 Mediterranean Games hosted in Mersin, Turkey. Egypt Women's National Artistic Gymnastics Team
The Egypt women's national artistic gymnastics team represents Egypt in FIG international competitions. History Egypt has never fielded a team at the Olympic Games. Sherine El-Zeiny became the first female Egyptian artistic gymnast to compete at the Olympic Games, doing so in 2008. Since then Egypt has had at least one female gymnast compete at each Olympic Games. Artistic Gymnast
Artistic gymnastics is a discipline of gymnastics in which athletes perform short routines on different apparatuses. The sport is governed by the Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique (FIG), which designs the Code of Points and regulates all aspects of elite international competition. Within individual countries, gymnastics is regulated by national federations like British Gymnastics and USA Gymnastics. 2015 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships
The 2015 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships was the forty-sixth edition of the Artistic Gymnastics World Championships. The competition was held from 23 October – 1 November 2015 at The SSE Hydro in Glasgow, United Kingdom, and is the first time that Scotland hosted the event. The competition served as a qualification for the 2016 Summer Olympics. Japan won the men's team all-around competition for the first time since 1978, and the United States won the women's team all-around title for the third straight time. In the individual all-around competitions, Kōhei Uchimura and Simone Biles won their sixth and third successive title, respectively. The 2013 Mediterranean Games ( tr, 2013 Akdeniz Oyunları), officially known as the XVII Mediterranean Games ( tr, XVII Akdeniz Oyunları) and commonly known as Mersin 2013, was an international multi-sport event held from 20 to 30 June 2013 in Mersin, Turkey.
