Magomed Abukarovich Paragulgov (russian: Магомед Абукарович Парагульгов; born 26 March 1994) is a Kazakh footballer. Besides Kazakhstan, he has played in Brazil, Cyprus and Georgia. The Kazakhstan Professional Football League ( kk, Қазақстан Премьер Лигасы, ''Qazaqstan Premer Ligasy''), commonly referred to as Kazakh Premier League or simply Premier League, is the top division of football in Kazakhstan. The Cypriot First Division ( el, Πρωτάθλημα Α΄ Κατηγορίας) is the top tier football league competition in Cyprus, run by the Cyprus Football Association. 2019 FC Irtysh Pavlodar Season
The 2019 FC Irtysh Pavlodar season was the 28th successive season that the club will play in the Kazakhstan Premier League, the highest tier of association football in Kazakhstan. After narrowly avoiding relegation the previous season, Irtysh also participate in the Kazakhstan Cup, reaching the Quarterfinal's before defeat to Kaisar, and finishing 8th in the Premier League.
