The Human Development Index (HDI) is a statistic composite index of life expectancy, education (mean years of schooling completed and expected years of schooling upon entering the education system), and per capita income indicators, which is used to rank countries into four tiers of human development. The Volga Germans (german: Wolgadeutsche, ), russian: поволжские немцы, povolzhskiye nemtsy) are ethnic Germans who settled and historically lived along the Volga River in the region of southeastern European Russia around Saratov and to the south. Rio Negro is a municipality in the state of Paraná in the South Region of Brazil. Climate The climate is highlands subtropical but with precipitation distributed during the year and therefore can be classified as ''Cfb'' (according with Köppen classification), commonly referred to as oceanic climate.
