The special administrative regions (SAR) of the People's Republic of China are one of the provinces of China, provincial-level administrative divisions of the China, People's Republic of China directly under the control of its State Council of the People's Republic of China, Central People's Government (State Council), being Administrative division, integral areas of the country.
