M39 Road (Pretoria)
The M39 road is a metropolitan route in the City of Tshwane in Gauteng, South Africa. It connects a rural area north of Pretoria (Pyramid) with a rural area north-west of Pretoria (Lebalangwe) via Soshanguve and Mabopane. Route The M39 route begins at a junction with the R101 Route (Old Warmbaths Road) about 2 kilometres north of Pyramid. It heads westwards for 12.5 kilometres to reach a t-junction with the M35 route. The M39 joins the M35 and they are one road northwards for 2 kilometres before the M39 becomes its own road westwards to enter the town of Soshanguve. After one kilometre, the M39 meets the northern terminus of the R80 Highway (Mabopane Highway) at a t-junction and turns to the north-west. It heads for 3 kilometres through Soshanguve to reach a junction with the M20 route, where it enters the township of Mabopane. The M20 road is a metropolitan route in the City of Tshwane in Gauteng, South Africa. It connects Akasia with Hebron via Soshanguve. Route The M20 route begins in Chantelle, Akasia, at a junction with the R513 Route (Rachel De Beer Street). It begins by heading northwards for 5 kilometres as Doreen Avenue, separating the suburb of Chantelle in the west from the suburb of Wonderpark in the east, to fly over the N4 Highway (Platinum Highway; Pretoria Northern Bypass) and pass through The Orchards before reaching a junction with the R566 Route in the industrial suburb of Rosslyn. The R80 is a provincial route in the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality in Gauteng, South Africa that connects the Pretoria CBD with Mabopane and Soshanguve. It is a dual carriageway freeway, with 2 or 3 lanes in each direction at different points and is named the ''Mabopane Highway''. R101 (South Africa)
The R101 is a Regional Route in South Africa that is the designation for some of the old sections of roads that were previously the N1, prior to upgrading. It only has 2 sections, from Bellville to Worcester and from Johannesburg to Polokwane. Western Cape The R101 starts in Bellville at the R102 running to the east parallel to the newer N1 freeway and is named 'Old Paarl Road'. It then goes through Brackenfell before entering Kraaifontein as 'Voortrekker Road'. At the intersection with Maroela Road in Kraaifontein East it is renamed 'Old Paarl Road' before entering the Cape Winelands. In the Cape Winelands it goes through Klapmuts and then enters Paarl.
