Mía (Armando Manzanero Song)
"Mía" ("Mine") is a song by Mexican people, Mexican songwriter Armando Manzanero included in the album '' A Mi Amor Con Mi Amor'' (1967). It was first released as a double-side single along with the track "Felicidad" in 1969. On March 20, 2001 a new version of the song was recorded as a duet with Spain, Spanish singer Miguel Bosé and was included on Manzanero's album ''Duetos (Armando Manzanero album), Duetos''. In 2006, Bosé also included this track on his album ''Papito (album), Papito''. Popular Mexican singers like José José and Luis Miguel have performed "Mía" live on several occasions. Mia was also performed by Los Trios Los Panchos in LP called "El Trio Los Panchos y Armando Manzanero". It included 11 songs composed by Armando Manzanero. Armando Manzanero
Armando Manzanero Canché (7 December 1935 – 28 December 2020) was a Mexican Maya peoples, Mayan musician, singer, composer, actor and music producer, widely considered the premier Mexican romantic composer of the postwar era and one of the most successful composers of Latin America. He received a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in the United States in 2014. He was the president of the Mexican Society of Authors and Composers (Sociedad de Autores y Compositores de México). Early life Manzanero was born in Ticul, Yucatán on 7 December 1935. His father was singer and composer Santiago Manzanero and his mother Juanita Canché Baqueiro played the jarana jarocha. Luis Miguel González Bosé (born 3 April 1956), usually known as Miguel Bosé, is a Spanish pop new wave singer and actor. Early life Bosé was born in San Fernando Hospital in Panama City, Panama, the son of Italian actress Lucia Bosè (1931–2020) and Spanish bullfighter Luis Miguel Dominguín. ''Papito'' (lit. "Daddy") is an album released by Spanish pop singer Miguel Bosé to celebrate his 30 years in the Music industry. The album includes 14 tracks of previously known hit songs by the artist, in reworked versions in collaboration with many artists including Juanes, Shakira, Amaia Montero, Ricky Martin, Laura Pausini, Paulina Rubio, Alaska, Julieta Venegas, Michael Stipe, Bimba Bosé, David Summers, Ivete Sangalo and Italian singer Mina.
