Musikot ( ne, मुसिकोट) is an urban municipality located in Gulmi District of Lumbini Province of Nepal. The total area of the municipality is and the total population of the municipality as of 2011 Nepal census is 32,802 individuals. The municipality is divided into total 9 wards. Nepal is governed according to the Constitution which came into effect on 20 September 2015, replacing the Interim Constitution of 2007. The Constitution was drafted by the Second Constituent Assembly following the failure of the First Constituent Assembly to produce a constitution in its mandated period after the devastating earthquake in April 2015. Nepal conducted a widespread national census in 2011 by the Nepal Central Bureau of Statistics. Nepal Standard Time (NPT) is the time zone for Nepal.
