Murat Şahin
Murat Şahin (born 4 February 1976, Istanbul) is a retired Turkish football goalkeeper. Career Şahin began his career in Göztepe Hilalspor where he was watched by scouts. At the age of 17, he had been transferred to Fenerbahçe and turned professional when he was 18 years old. He spent 7 seasons in ''Sarı Kanaryalar'' until he was transferred to Konyaspor in the 1998/99 mid-season transfer window. After periods in several clubs in the Turkish League, he moved back to Istanbul by way of a transfer to Beşiktaş in the 2004/05 pre-season transfer market as an experienced keeper. Uche Incident During his time in Fenerbahçe, he was the 2nd keeper behind Rüştü. In the 1999/2000 season, he had a decent chance to play against Beşiktaş after Rüştü cut his hand just before the match. Antalyaspor
Antalyaspor Kulübü is a Turkish professional football club located in the city of Antalya. The club's colours are red and white. They play their home matches at the Antalya Stadium. In Turkey, the club won the First League twice in 1982 and 1986 and finished as runners-up for the Turkish Cup in 2000 and in 2021. 2003 FIFA Confederations Cup
The 2003 FIFA Confederations Cup football tournament was the sixth FIFA Confederations Cup, held in France in June 2003. France retained the title they had won in 2001, but the tournament was overshadowed by the death of Cameroon player Marc-Vivien Foé, who died of heart failure in his side's semi-final against Colombia. Foé's death united the France and Cameroon teams in the final match, which was played even though team players from both sides had explicitly stated that the match should not be played out of respect for Foé. France went on to win the trophy with a golden goal from Thierry Henry. At the presentation of medals and trophies, two Cameroon players held a gigantic photo of Foé, and a runner-up medal was hung to the edge of the photo. The 2006 Turkish Super Cup ( Turkish: ''TFF Süper Kupa 2006'') was a football match between 2005–06 Süper Lig champions Galatasaray, and the 2005–06 Turkish Cup winners Beşiktaş. The match was played in Commerzbank-Arena in Frankfurt, Germany. The Turkish Super Cup ( Turkish: ''TFF Süper Kupa''), as it is currently known, is the annual super cup football match contested between the previous season's Süper Lig champions and the Turkish Cup winners in Turkey. It was originally known as the ''Cumhurbaşkanlığı Kupası'' (Presidential Cup) from 1966 to 1998. No competition was held between 1999 and 2005, although there was a substitute competition played under the name of Atatürk Cup in 2000.
