Mullumbimby Giants is a rugby league side from Mullumbimby, New South Wales, Australia which competes in the Northern Rivers Regional Rugby League competition. Mullumbimby Giants is one of the oldest rugby league clubs in Australia, playing its first competition game of rugby league in 1909. Formed between 1900 and 1903, it is now one of the oldest rugby league teams still competing in Australia. Mullumbimby is an Australian town in the Byron Shire in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales. It promotes itself as "The Biggest Little Town in Australia". The town lies at the foot of Mount Chincogan in the Brunswick Valley about 9 kilometres (5.5 miles) by road from the coast. Graham Eadie
Graham "Wombat" Eadie (born 25 November 1953), is an Australian former rugby league footballer who played in the 1970s and 1980s. He has been named amongst Australia's finest of the 20th century. A New South Wales State of Origin and Australian international representative , he played in Australia during Manly-Warringah's dominance of the NSWRFL competition during the 1970s. He won four premierships with them and his 1,917 points in first grade and 2,070 points in all grades were both records at the time of his retirement. Eadie also played in England for Halifax, winning the Challenge Cup Final of 1987 with them. Elwyn Aubrey Walters (born 25 June 1943) is an Australian former rugby league footballer who played for South Sydney Rabbitohs, South Sydney and Sydney Roosters, Eastern Suburbs clubs and for the Australia national rugby league team, Australian national side. Walters came to South Sydney in the mid-1960s from the Brisbane Norths club. He was a tough noted for his Rugby league positions#dummy half, dummy half play and uncompromising defence. The Parramatta Eels are an Australian professional rugby league football club based in the Sydney suburb of Parramatta that competes in the National Rugby League.
