Mullin is a town in Mills County in Northwestern Central Texas. The population was 179 at the 2010 census. Geography Mullin is located at (31.556394, –98.665468). According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of , all of it land. Demographics As of the census of 2000, there were 175 people, 69 households, and 48 families residing in the town. The population density was 376.5 people per square mile (146.9/km2). There were 84 housing units at an average density of 180.7/sq mi (70.5/km2). The racial makeup of the town was 90.86% White, 8.57% from other races, and 0.57% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 9.71% of the population. The Köppen climate classification is one of the most widely used climate classification systems. It was first published by German-Russian climatologist Wladimir Köppen (1846–1940) in 1884, with several later modifications by Köppen, notably in 1918 and 1936.
