Muhammad Toha (footballer)
Muhammad Toha (born 30 January 1997) is an Indonesian professional footballer who plays as a right-back for Liga 1 club Persita Tangerang. Club career Persita Tangerang He was signed for Persita Tangerang to play in Liga 2 in the 2017 season. He had to give up his job as a municipal police to pursue his dream as a professional footballer. Toha scored his first-team goal with an equalizer in a 4–4 draw against Blitar Bandung United on 13 August 2019. After undergoing several matches with Persita in 2019 Liga 2, finally Toha can feel the highest caste of Indonesian football. 2021 Menpora Cup
The 2021 Menpora Cup ( id, Piala Menpora 2021) was a pre-season tournament held by the PSSI ahead of the 2021 Liga 1. The tournament started on 21 March and finished with a two-legged final on 22 and 25 April 2021. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all matches were played behind closed doors. The 2021 edition was the second edition of Menpora Cup, with the first edition being held in 2013 which was won by Arema who defeated Australian side Central Coast Mariners by 2–1 in the final. Persija won the finals 4–1 on aggregate against Persib for the title. Teams PT Liga Indonesia Baru (LIB) decided that only 18 teams that participated in the 2020 Liga 1 could join this tournament. The 2018 Liga 2 was the second season of the Liga 2 under its current name, and the ninth season under its current league structure. The 2017 Liga 2 was the inaugural season of the Liga 2 under its current name, and the eighth season under its current league structure. Piala Indonesia ( 'Indonesia Cup') is the professional annual cup competition for football clubs in Indonesia. Originally, it started from the semi-professional football era in 1985 as Piala Liga, which ran until 1989 under Galatama competition. The Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI) organized the full professional cup competition from 2005 until now.
