Muhammad Sadiq was a noted artist from 18th century Iran. He was a painter at the court of the Zand ruler Karim Khan (reigned 1750–79). After Karim Khan's death, he worked for the Qajar ruler Agha Mohammad Khan Qajar (reigned 1779–97). Portrait of Rustam Khan One of Sadiq's famous paintings is a portrait of Mohammad Rustam Khan Zand, a Zand prince and grandson of the military commander Zaki Khan. The painting is often praised for its classical Persian depiction of Male Masculinity. Sadiq Mohammad
Sadiq Mohammad ( ur, , born 3 May 1945) is a former Pakistani cricketer and younger brother of the Pakistani batsmen Hanif and Mushtaq Mohammad. His Test debut was the first Test between Pakistan and New Zealand in 1969, and he played his final Test in the 4th Test against the West Indies in 1981. He played county cricket for Gloucestershire. Sadiq also coached the Pakistan cricket team to bronze at the 2010 Asian Games. He umpired in one ODI game in 2000. Mufti Muhammad Sadiq (January 11, 1872 – January 13, 1957) was a companion of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad and a Muslim missionary in the United States. Sadiq converted over seven hundred Americans to Islam directly, and over one thousand indirectly. His purpose, as a representative of the Ahmadiyya Movement in Islam, was to convert Americans to Islam and to clear general misconceptions about the religion. Something that separated Mutfi Muhammad Sadiq from his contemporaries was his belief in racial integration between all racial and ethnic groups, and not just African Americans. He was also important in the movement of trying to unite a multicultural group of Muslim immigrants, from Arabs to Bosnians, to build mosques and have congregational prayers, especially in Detroit and Chicago. Mohammad Sadiq Kaboudvand (, born on 23 March 1963) is an Iranian Kurdish activist and journalist born in Divandarreh. He was the editor of ''Payam-e Mardom''. He is also the founder of Kurdistan Human Rights Organization (''Rêxistina Mafê Mirovan li Kurdistanê'' in Kurdish). Founded in 2005, the organization is a politically and religiously independent body. It has offices in Tehran and Kurdistan province. Muhammad Sadik Muhammad Yusuf (15 April 1952 - 10 March 2015) was an Uzbekistani Muslim scholar born in the region of Andijan. Life Muhammad Sadik was the son of Muhammad-Yusuf (who died in 2004), who was the son of Muhammad-Ali, a scholar from Andijan. He was the mufti of the Spiritual Administration of the Muslims of Central Asia and Kazakhstan. He was Uzbekistan’s first mufti after independence. Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Muhammad-Sadiq Husayni Rohani ( fa, ; 16 July 1926 – 16 December 2022) was an Iranian Shia marja'. Rohani resided in Qom. He claimed to have gained ijtihad from the grand Ayatollah Abu al-Qasim al-Khoei, at the age of 14. He announced his marja'iyya after the death of grand Ayatollah Hossein Borujerdi, at the age of 35. Muhammad Sadiq Bey (1822 or 1832 – 1902) was an Ottoman Egyptian army engineer and surveyor who served as treasurer of the Hajj pilgrim caravan. As a photographer and author, he documented the holy sites of Islam at Mecca and Medina, taking the first ever photographs in what is now Saudi Arabia. Life and career Born in Cairo, Sadiq was educated in Cairo's military college and at the Paris École Polytechnique. He qualified as an colonel in the Egyptian army and returned to the military college to teach cartographic drawing. In 1861, he was assigned to visit the region of Arabia from Medina to the port of Al Wajh and conduct a detailed survey.
