Muhammad Mahbub Ul Islam
Muhammad Mahbub Ul Islam is a Justice of the High Court Division of the Bangladesh Supreme Court. Early life Islam was born on 2 December 1958. He has a LLB and LLM from the University of Dhaka. Islam fled to India and later fought against Pakistan during the Bangladesh Liberation War. Career Islam became a lawyer of the District Courts in 1982. He joined the judicial branch of the Bangladesh Civil Service on 22 February 1984 and was appointed Munsif. In May 2003, Islam, then judge of the 5th Additional District and Sessions Court in Dhaka, sentenced three to seven years imprisonment for filing a false case under the Acid Control Act and ordered an investigation against the police officer who investigated the case. On 4 March 2009, Islam was promoted to District and Sessions Judge. He reads poem on Bangladesh Betar. The High Court Division, Supreme Court of Bangladesh ( bn, হাইকোর্ট ডিভিশন) popularly known as the 'High Court' is one of the two divisions of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, the other division being the Appellate Division. Zahangir Alam (born May 7, 1979) is a former mayor of Gazipur City Corporation, an Awami Politician and businessman. Aligned with the Bangladesh Awami League, he was elected as second mayor of the Gazipur City Corporation in July 2018. He is the managing director of Honourable Textile Composite Ltd and Z Alam Apparels. The Jamuna River ( bn, যমুনা ''Jomuna'') is one of the three main rivers of Bangladesh. It is the lower stream of the Brahmaputra River, which originates in Tibet as Yarlung Tsangpo, before flowing into India and then southwest into Bangladesh. The Jamuna flows south and joins the Padma River (''Pôdda''), near Goalundo Ghat, before meeting the Meghna River near Chandpur. It then flows into the Bay of Bengal as the Meghna River.
