Muhammad Imman Ali
Muhammad Imman Ali (born 1 January 1956) is a justice in the Appellate Division of the Bangladesh Supreme Court. Early life Ali was born in East Bengal, Dominion of Pakistan (now Bangladesh) on 1 January 1956 to Israil Ali and Alifjan Bibi. Career Ali started his career as an advocate on 21 June 1979. From September 1998 to February 2001, Ali served as the Deputy Attorney General of Bangladesh. On 22 February 2001, Ali was appointed a Judge on the Bangladesh High Court. He taught at the Judicial Administration Training Institute. His book, ''Towards a Justice Delivery System for Children in Bangladesh'', was published in 2010 by UNICEF. On 23 February 2011, Ali was appointed to the Bangladesh Supreme Court. In 2015, Ali was part of a bench led by A. B. M. Khairul Haque that ordered Fatwa could not violate Bangladeshi laws. Ali was part of the bench that declared 16th Amendment to the Constitution of Bangladesh, the right of parliament to impeach judges, illegal in 2017. ...

Appellate Division (Bangladesh)
The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh is the appellate court in Bangladesh. The Appellate Division is the final court of appeal for all civil and criminal cases, with appellate review authority over judgements of the High Court Division. The Court is composed of eight judges, led by its Chief Justice, Hasan Foez Siddique. History The Appellate Division is Bangladesh's highest court, and thus its court of final appeal. Its earliest predecessor was the Supreme Court of Pakistan which, following partition of India introduced in 1947, had the distinctionary powers of being the highest Courts for all cases. Hasan Foez Siddique
Hasan Foez Siddique (born 26 September 1956) is a Bangladeshi lawyer and jurist who is the 23rd and current Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He is scheduled to retire on 25 September 2023. Early life and education Siddique was born on 26 September 1956 to Abdul Gofur Mollah and Nurjahan Begum. He passed SSC from Khoksa Janipur Pilot High School in 1972 and ISC from Government P.C. College in 1974. After passing Bachelor of Arts from Satkhira Government College, he took his MSS (Masters in Social Science) degree from Department of Political Science, University of Dhaka. He later passed Bachelor of Laws from Dhanmondi Law College and enrolled as an advocate at the District & Sessions Judge Court, Dhaka in 1981. Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime - CTTC is a specialized branch of Bangladesh Police formed to tackle terrorism and transnational crime. Deputy Inspector General Md. Asaduzzaman bpm (bar) is the chief of the branch. History Bangladesh Police recommended the formation of a special unit, called Police Bureau of Counter-Terrorism, in August 2011 to the Home ministry.
