Mossie Carroll
Mossy Carroll (born 13 June 1957 in Garryspillane, County Limerick) is an Irish former hurler who played with his local club Garryspillane and was a member of the Limerick senior inter-county team in the 1970s and 1980s, he also played with Tipperary. Garryspillane GAA club is a Gaelic Athletic Association club located in the parish of Knocklong/Glenbrohane, County Limerick, Republic of Ireland, Ireland. The club was founded in 1952 and is almost exclusively concerned with hurling with footballers catered for by neighbouring Galbally. Location The club is located in the parish of Knocklong/Glenbrohane in south east County Limerick on the border with County Tipperary. The parish is situated 35 km south of Limerick City between the Galtee Mountains, Galtee and Ballyhoura Mountains. John Meyler
John Meyler (born 1956) is an Irish hurling manager and former selector, association footballer, Gaelic footballer and hurler who is currently the manager of the Kilmoyley senior hurling team. He has formerly managed the Kerry, Wexford, Carlow and Cork senior hurling teams. Meyler's inter-county career spanned fifteen years. Beginning as a dual minor with Wexford, he later played with the county's under-21 and senior sides. After joining the Cork senior team in 1982, Meyler won an All-Ireland medal in 1986. As a dual player with the St Finbarr's club, Meyler won seven county championship medals across both codes, dual Munster medals and an All-Ireland medal as captain of the club's football team in 1987. As a manager, selector, coach and trainer, Meyler has previously worked with club sides Kilmoyley, Ballinhassig, Courcey Rovers and Inniscarra, and inter-county teams Kerry, Wexford and Carlow. Pat Heffernan
Pat Heffernan (born 2 January 1970 in Kilfinane, County Limerick, Ireland) is an Irish hurling selector and former player. He is a former selector with the Limerick senior hurling team. He is currently manager of Mullinahone Senior Hurling team and teaches Geography at the Patrician Academy Mallow Secondary School. An effective forward, Heffernan enjoyed a reasonably successful playing career at club level with Blackrock, UCC and Mallow and at inter-county level with Limerick. He was a key member of the latter team during the 1990s and collected one Munster title. In retirement from playing Heffernan has become involved in team management. He gained early experience at club level with Kilmallock, Murroe-Boher, Bride Rovers and with his own Blackrock club. Éamonn Cregan
Éamonn Cregan (born 21 May 1945) is an Irish former Gaelic footballer, hurler and manager. He is best remembered for his success with Limerick, as a player in the 1970s and then as manager of various club and inter-county teams in the 1980s and 1990s. Cregan was inducted into the GAA Hall of Fame in 2013. Playing career Club Cregan played his club hurling and football with his local club in Claughaun and enjoyed much success. He won his first senior county title with the club in 1968 and added a second three years later in 1971. Cregan won a third and final county medal in 1986. This was Cregan's last appearance in a county championship final. The Kerry County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA), or Kerry GAA, is one of the 32 county boards of the GAA in Ireland.
