Scheduled passenger service to Kodiak, Alaska, is subsidized by the United States Department of Transportation via the Essential Air Service program. Facilities and aircraft Moser Bay Seaplane Base has one seaplane landing area designated N/S with a water surface measuring 10,000 by 1,000 feet (3,048 x 305 m).
