Monte Alpesisa
Monte Alpesisa is a 989 metres high mountain in the Ligurian Apennines, in Italy. Characteristics The mountain stands on the main Apennine water divide, between Montoggio and Genoa comunes. Westwards the pass of ''Gola della Sisa'' (729 m) divides it from Mount Cornua while eastwards the Bisagno/Scrivia ridge goes on with Mount Lago. Mount Alpesisa is notable for its shape, which is trapezoidal when seen from Genoa but looks conical form other points of view. The slopes of the Alpesisa are mainly grassy. Its highest point, which belongs to an almost flat section of the ridge, is marked by a peculiar summit cross made with old leaf springs taken from a truck. Radomyšl
Radomyšl is a market town in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,300 inhabitants. Administrative parts Villages of Domanice, Láz, Leskovice, Podolí and Rojice are administrative parts of Radomyšl. Geography Radomyšl is located about north of Strakonice and northwest of České Budějovice. It lies in the Blatná Uplands. The highest point is the hill Trubný vrch at above sea level. There are several ponds in the municipal territory. History The first written mention of Radomyšl is from 1284, when it was a property of Bavors of Strakonice. In 1320, it was already referred to as a market town in a deed, in which Vilém Bavor of Strakonice donates the church and the rectory to the Knights Hospitaller. Valbrevenna ( lij, Varbrevenna) is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Genoa in the Italian region Liguria, located about northeast of Genoa. Valbrevenna borders the following municipalities: Carrega Ligure, Casella, Crocefieschi, Montoggio, Propata, Savignone, Torriglia, Vobbia. Valbrevenna is known for its produce, most notably it's pinot noir grape which it exports around the country. It was the winner of the prestigious Vino Italia in 2018 and 2019, and was the front runner in the 2020 prize before the COVID-19 pandemic took over and closed the vineyard to the public. Torriglia
Torriglia ( lij, Torriggia) is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Genoa in the Italian region Liguria, located in the upper Trebbia valley, about northeast of Genoa. Torriglia borders the following municipalities: Davagna, Lorsica, Lumarzo, Mocònesi, Montebruno, Montoggio, Neirone, Propata, Rondanina, Valbrevenna. History The town was probably founded in Roman times. In the Middle Ages it was a possession of the Bobbio Abbey, and then (1227) of the Malaspina and (mid-14th century) of the Fieschi, who built a castle here.
