Montalvânia is a municipality in the northernmost point of the state of Minas Gerais in Brazil. As of 2020 the population was 14,747 in an area of 1,484.388 km2. The Human Development Index (HDI) is a statistic composite index of life expectancy, Education Index, education (mean years of schooling completed and expected years of schooling upon entering the Educational system, education system), and per capita income indicators, which is used to rank countries into four tiers of Human development (humanity), human development.
