Monica Elizabeth Crowley (born September 19, 1968) is the Chief of Protocol of the United States since May 2025 in the Second presidency of Donald Trump, Second Trump administration. Crowley formerly served as the United States Department of the Treasury, assistant secretary for public affairs for the United States Department of the Treasury, U.S. Department of the Treasury from July 2019 to January 2021. She has been a political commentator and lobbyist. She was a Fox News contributor, where she worked (with a few breaks) from 1996 to 2017.
