Mohd Adib Mohamad Adam
Datuk Seri Mohd Adib bin Mohamad Adam (2 July 1941 – 21 September 2022) was a Malaysian politician who served as the 5th Chief Minister of Malacca from July 1978 to April 1982, Minister of Rural Development, Cooperatives and Entrepreneurship from 1984 to 1986 and Minister of Information from 1982 to 1984. He was a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), a component party of the Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition and member of the Malaysian United Indigenous Party (BERSATU), presently a component party of the Perikatan Nasional (PN) coalition and formerly Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition. Education and early career Adib was a student of Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Tinggi Melaka. Adib served as the Assistant District Officer in Kuala Selangor. He then resigned to become the executive secretary at the headquarters of UMNO at Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC). Malacca
Malacca ( ms, Melaka) is a state in Malaysia located in the southern region of the Malay Peninsula, next to the Strait of Malacca. Its capital is Malacca City, dubbed the Historic City, which has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 7 July 2008. Hussein Onn
Tun Hussein bin Dato' Onn ( ms, حسين بن عون, label= Jawi, script=arab, italic=unset; 12 February 1922 – 29 May 1990) was a Malaysian lawyer and politician who served as the 3rd Prime Minister of Malaysia from the death of his predecessor Abdul Razak Hussein in January 1976 to his retirement in July 1981. The Chief Minister of Malacca ( ms, Ketua Menteri Melaka) is the head of government in the Malaysian state of Malacca. The National Alliance ( ms, Perikatan Nasional; abbrev: PN) is a political coalition composed of the Malaysian United Indigenous Party (BERSATU), Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS) and Parti Gerakan Rakyat Malaysia (GERAKAN). Pakatan Harapan
The Alliance of Hope ( ms, Pakatan Harapan; abbrev: PH; stylized as HARAPAN) is a Malaysian political coalition consisting of centre-left political parties which was formed in 2015 to succeed the Pakatan Rakyat coalition.
