Mohamed Dahmane
Mohamed "Momo" Dahmane ( ar, محمد دحمان; born April 9, 1982, in Maubeuge) is a retired footballer. Born in France, he represented Algeria at youth level. He is currently a director of sports at Olympic Charleroi. Career Mons signed Dahmane in January 2006 from the Belgian Third Division. He helped the club win the Belgian Second Division in the summer of 2006. On January 30, 2009, Dahmane joined Club Brugge from Mons on a two and a half year deal running until 2011, with the club paying a €500,000 transfer fee. On September 1, 2010, he signed a one-year contract with Turkish club Bucaspor. However, on January 4, 2011, he reached a mutual agreement with the club to terminate his contract. After returning to the Belgian lower level he became a member of the technical staff at UR La Louvière Centre. Maubeuge (; historical nl, Mabuse or nl, Malbode; pcd, Maubeuche) is a commune in the Nord department in northern France. It is situated on both banks of the Sambre (here canalized), east of Valenciennes and about from the Belgian border. History Maubeuge (ancient ''Malbodium'', from Latin, derived from the Old Frankish name ''Malboden'', meaning "assizes of Boden") owes its origin to Maubeuge Abbey, a double monastery, for men and women, founded in the 7th century by Saint Aldego, the relics of whom are preserved in the church. Bucaspor was a professional Turkish football club based in Buca, Izmir. Formed in 1928, Bucaspor were nicknamed Fırtına (Storm). The club colours were yellow and navy. It was dissolved in 2020. History Bucaspor was the fifth football club to be based in Izmir, following Karşıyaka S.K. (1912), Altay S.K. (1914), Altınordu S.K. (1923), and Göztepe A.Ş. (1925).
