Mitzpe Aviv
Mitzpe Aviv ( he, מִצְפֵּה אָבִי"ב, ''lit.'' Spring Lookout) is a community settlement in northern Israel. The second part of its name is an acronym for the name of the geographer and historian Avraham Ya'akov Brawer. In November 2009, Mitzpe Aviv amended its bylaws to require that members share the community's vision and goals, which include Zionism and Israel as a Jewish state. Misgav Regional Council
The Misgav Regional Council ( he, מועצה אזורית משגב, ''Mo'atza Azorit Misgav'' ISO 259-3 ''Moˁaça ʔazorit Miśgabb'') is a regional council in the Galilee region in northern Israel. The regional council is home to 27,421 people, and comprises 35 small towns, mostly community settlements but also several Kibbutzim and Moshavim. The population of 29 of these is primarily Jewish, and 6 are Bedouin. The region is noted for the way that communities and non-Jewish communities live side-by-side. The administrative designation ''regional council'' does not imply that every town in some contiguous geographic region belongs to it. Most Arab-Israeli towns in the region are not part of the regional council, and are considered separate local councils. Neither is Karmiel, a city which lies in the heart of the Misgav region but does not belong to the regional council. Community Settlement (Israel)
A community settlement ( he, יישוב קהילתי, ''Yishuv Kehilati'') is a type of village in Israel and the West Bank. While in an ordinary town anyone may buy property, in a community settlement the village's residents are organized in a cooperative. They have the power to approve or veto a sale of a house or a business to any buyer. Residents of a community settlement may have a particular shared ideology, religious perspective, or desired lifestyle which they wish to perpetuate by accepting only like-minded individuals. For example, a family-oriented community settlement that wishes to avoid becoming a retirement community may choose to accept only young married couples as new residents. I'billin
I'billin ( ar, إعبلين, he, אִעְבְּלִין) is a local council in the Northern District of Israel, near Shefa-'Amr. 'Ibillin was granted municipal status in 1960. The municipality's area is 18,000 dunams. In its population was , all of whom are Israeli Arabs with a mixed population of Muslims and Christians. Tamra
Tamra ( ar, طمرة, he, טַמְרָה or ) is an Arab city in the North District of Israel located in the Lower Galilee north of the city of Shefa-Amr and approximately east of Acre. In it had a population of . History Tamra is an ancient village on a hill. Old squared stone blocks have been reused in village homes. Cisterns and tombs carved into rock have also been found here. Manof ( he, מָנוֹף, ''lit: Crane'') is a community settlement in northern Israel. Located on Mount Shekhanya in the Lower Galilee, about 30 km northeast of Haifa and at an average elevation is 382 meters above sea level, it falls under the jurisdiction of Misgav Regional Council.
