Miss World Chile 2013
Miss Chile Project was a reality TV program produced and transmitted by Canal 13 in Chile and also the 39th Miss World Chile pageant. It was hosted by Tonka Tomicic. The program showed the life of twenty ladies who competed to win Miss World Chile title and compete on Miss World 2013 pageant. Camila Recabarren of La Serena crowned Camila Andrade of Concepción. Tonka Tomicic
Tonka Tomicic Petric ( hr, Tonka Tomičić Petrić, ; born 31 May 1976) is a Chilean model and television presenter of Croatian origin. Best known for televisions shows  on TVN and Canal 13 as Buenos Dias A Todos, Viña's International Festival and Bienvenidos. She's considered one of the most important females TV personalities of Chile.  After being a former fashion model in Chile, Tomicic become the face, and spoken celebrity  of " Almacenes Paris" a department store's since 2005 and Garnier's Chilean ambassador  since 2007,  her parents are Croatian immigrants to Chile. Canal 13 (Chile)
Canal 13 is a Chilean free-to-air television channel. It was launched on 21 August 1959, on VHF channel 2 of Santiago, in a broadcast led by a group of engineers from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. Subsequently, the TV station moved its frequency to VHF channel 13, which gave rise to its current name. In its beginnings, one of its most important milestones was the broadcast of the 1962 FIFA World Cup, held in Chile. Owned by the Andrónico Luksic Craig, Luksic Group, Canal 13 is the second oldest television station in Chile. Miss World Chile ( Spanish: Miss Mundo Chile) is a national beauty pageant which has been held sporadically since 1963, responsible for selecting Chile's representative to Miss World. History Chile has sent 41 representatives, has had three Miss World Semi-Finalists and One Quarter-Finalist. In 1998, Daniella Campos won the title of Queen of the Americas and in 2011 Gabriela Pulgar won the Talent Competition. Miss World 2013, the 63rd edition of the Miss World pageant, was held on 28 September 2013 at Bali International Convention Center, South Kuta, Bali, Indonesia. It was the first time in Southeast Asia and it also was the first time in the pageant's history that the event was held in a Muslim majority country. Contestants from 127 countries and territories competed in this year's Miss World pageant, marking the biggest turnout for any beauty pageant globally as of . ''Calle 7'' was a Chilean television program, shown by TVN from Monday to Friday at 6 pm. It was last co-hosted by Alain Soulat and Lucia Covarrubias, and involved two teams of young adult contenders participating in unique challenges and performing arts to win a top prize at the end of the competition. Early months ''Calle 7'' began airing on January 12, 2009, at 6 pm and was presented by Martín Cárcamo and Karen Doggenweiler. Nuestra Belleza Chile is an annual beauty pageant in Chile. The Miss Universo Chile or Miss Chile is a national beauty pageant that selects Chile's representative to the Miss Universe pageant. History Chile is one of the few countries that has participated in Miss Universe since 1952, has sent 53 representatives in the pageant's 65-year history and placed 13 times in the Semi-Finals, with one Miss Universe crown: Cecilia Bolocco, in 1987.
