Alhaji Minkailu Mansaray is a Sierra Leonean politician, businessman, who was former Sierra Leone minister of mines and mineral resources. He is also the deputy leader of the All People's Congress (APC) party. An experience career businessman in the insurance industry, Minkailu Mansaray worked many years as an executive at the Sierra Leone National Insurance Compan Mansaray was an elected member of parliament of Sierra Leone, Parliament from then opposition APC party, and served as a member of Parliament from 2002 to 2007, when the APC became the ruling party. Tonkolili District
Tonkolili District is a district in the Northern Province of Sierra Leone. Its capital and largest city is Magburaka. The other major towns include Masingbi, Yele, Mile 91, Bumbuna, Yonibana, Matotoka. Mathora, Magbass and Masanga.
