Michel Miguel Elias Temer Lulia (; born 23 September 1940) is a Brazilian politician, lawyer and writer who served as the 37th president of Brazil from 31 August 2016 to 31 December 2018. He took office after the impeachment and removal from office of his predecessor Dilma Rousseff. Fabiano Augusto Martins Silveira ( Belo Horizonte, December 19, 1974) is a Brazilian lawyer and politician. He is a legislative advisor to the Federal Senate of Brazil and was briefly the Minister of Transparency, Supervision and Control of Brazil.
